Supportive Services:
At LPSA we do not offer full hair restoration services, such as hair grafting. The services that we offer could more accurately be described as “supportive” and are aimed at promoting scalp health and nourishment to existing hair follicles.
Fortunately, before hair loss sets in and even after you have begun to notice thinning, there are ways to fortify the scalp and prevent further hair loss. This is where Lethbridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics’ treatments are able to provide help.
After our consultation, if we feel that we are not able to help you, we will refer you on to a doctor who offers more comprehensive hair restoration services.

What is Keravive?
Keravive is a unique, relaxing treatment designed to cleanse, stimulate, nourish, and hydrate your scalp for fuller, healthier looking hair. The treatment delivers a hyper-concentrated blend of biomimetic growth factors and skin proteins that hydrate and nourish the scalp.
How does the The 3-step Treatment work?
Step 1: Cleanse + Exfoliate (In-Clinic)
First, our device will extract dirt, oil, and impurities from the scalp and hair follicles while stimulating circulation.
Step 2: Stimulate + Nourish (In-Clinic)
Next, Keravive Peptide Complex Solution will be used to nourish and stimulate the scalp and hair follicles with growth factors and skin proteins for thicker, healthier-looking hair.
Step 3: Extend + Enhance (At-Home)
Lastly, a bottle of Peptide Complex spray will be sent home with you. Daily use of this spray enhances the in-office treatment and delivers daily stimulation and nourishment to the scalp and hair follicles
How often should I get the treatment?
We recommend that clients have the Keravive in-clinic treatment once a month for 3 consecutive months with continuous daily use of the take-home spray throughout. Follow-up treatments should be administered on an as-needed basis, at a minimum of every 6 months.
Who is a good candidate for the treatment?
Anyone interested in improving the overall health of their scalp or hair. People who suffer from scalp flaking, itchiness, dryness or irritation are all great candidates. How does microneedling promote hair growth?
Microneedling alone has been shown to promote hair regrowth, without the help of growth factors. This is thought to happen through various means, such as stimulating the dermis to release growth factors in response to the injury from the needles. It may also activates stem cells in the hair bulge area.
Where do growth factors come from?
Stem cells within your skin contain hundreds of different Growth Factors & Cytokines used to manage the healing process or nearly flawless regeneration.
