Refunds
*Once services are rendered or products sold, there are no refunds.
Surgery and non-surgical procedures come with no warranty (guaranteed or implied) of any certain result. Medicine is not an exact science and perceived lack of improvement in one’s condition does not translate into any type of refund.
*There are no refunds for skin care or laser treatment packages.
*All products and treatments purchased during a promotional event are non-refundable.
*Exchanges and account credits are subject to the discretion of Lethbridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics.
Cancellation Policy
*We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to reschedule, postpone, or cancel your cosmetic surgery or aesthetic treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only your surgeon, team members and anesthetist, but other patients as well. We appreciate your courtesy.
*Appointment changes or no-shows within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a rebooking fee of $50 + GST. This does not apply to cosmetic surgery appointments.
*We strongly advise all patients to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for registration/check-in and to enjoy a complimentary beverage prior to your treatment or consultation.
Financing & Surgical Booking Fees
*A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to schedule your surgery date.
*Full payment for cosmetic surgery is required 6 weeks prior to your surgical date.
*A variety of payment options are available, all of which can be discussed with our surgical booking coordinator at your consultation. Certified cheques, direct debit, VISA, Mastercard, cash, and independent financing companies are all acceptable methods of payment. Our patients often opt to use financing. We use independent financing companies that are not affiliated with Lethbridge Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics.

*Cosmetic surgical procedures are generally not considered to be insured services; however, certain procedures may qualify. More information about the coverage eligibility of your surgery can be obtained during the consultation process.
